You are now in the Safety Section and we suggested that you pay attention to this.

Safety:
Warm up.

It is a must before engaging in any sort of sports to stretch and warm up, this is to reduce the possibility of injury. You will also ache less the next day! We do not conduct warm up exercises as it will seem too regimental. What’s the fun in that? So always remember to stretch your neck, shoulders, wrist, hips…. And touch your toes etc... blah blah blah!!!.

Rules on the training slope:
Rule no.

1.    The instructors are always right! (Should you be able to prove them wrong, refer to Rule no. 1.)
2.    ALWAYS BE CONSIDERATE: never leave your skies or snowboards unmanned.
(IT WILL SLIDE DOWN THE SLOPE AND HIT SOMEONE.)
3.    Should you see someone fall, wait till he/she gets up before you ride off.
4.    Should you be the one who falls, get up quickly and clear the slope for others.
(you will have time to rub that sore bum at the bottom of the slope)
5.    Everybody will have a good time when we all look after one another.

Lastly, this is a highly addictive sport. There are still no remedies till now. Good Luck…..
